Terms of Use
Terms for the Service, credits, subscriptions and membership.
1. The Service
Kantiga provides mobile video editing tools, AI voiceover (text-to-speech), automatic captions and export features. Features may be simulated in the prototype release.
2. Membership
An account is created with your email address and a password you choose; avoid sharing your password with anyone. Email verification is used for account security, password recovery and purchase notifications. Membership is for users aged 13 and over. Accounts created improperly, or with knowingly withheld information, may be closed. Your membership, subscription and credit records are kept linked to your email account.
3. Credit policy
AI actions run on credits: voiceover 5 credits, automatic captions 10 credits, segment split 3 credits. 50 credits are gifted at sign-up. Credits are virtual items and cannot be converted to cash; used credits are non-refundable. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
4. Subscription terms
Kantiga Pro: ₺149 monthly or ₺899 yearly. Unless cancelled before the end of the period, the subscription renews automatically through your store account (App Store / Google Play). You can cancel at any time from your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal; after cancellation, Pro benefits continue until the end of the period. Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google under store policies. Credit packs are one-time purchases.
5. Acceptable content
You are responsible for the content you upload or generate; producing content that violates the rights of others or is unlawful is prohibited. Kantiga may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
6. Liability and changes
The Service is provided "as is"; no liability is accepted beyond foreseeable damage in the event of data loss or interruption. These terms may be updated; material changes are announced in the app. The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to any dispute.
